Terms. The agreement between you and the company that publishes SUITA.
Last updated 16 September 2026
These terms apply to the website at suita.io and to the SUITA app for iPhone, Apple Watch and Android. Using either means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
The agreement
This is an agreement between you and B4Battle LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States, which publishes SUITA. In these terms, we and us mean B4Battle LLC, and the service means the app, the website and everything either of them does.
You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. If you are under 18, you may use SUITA only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. Anyone under 18 is given no calorie deficit and no surplus by the app.
Your licence to use SUITA
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use SUITA on devices you own or control, for your own use and for the use of the people on your household seats. The software is licensed, not sold.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the app or the plans it writes as a product of your own. You may not decompile or reverse engineer it, except to the extent that law expressly allows despite this restriction. You may not remove or obscure any notice in it.
Acceptable use
- Do not use SUITA to break the law or to help anyone else break it.
- Do not attempt to gain access to an account, a household or data that is not yours.
- Do not scrape, bulk-extract or automate the service, and do not resell access to it.
- Do not send the coach content you have no right to send, and do not send anyone else medical records.
- Do not probe, load-test or interfere with the service or the infrastructure behind it.
- Do not share one account between people who are not on your household seats.
The coach is limited to 120 messages per account per day. That limit exists to keep the service available to everyone and is not a target to work around.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
Not medical advice
SUITA is not a medical device, it is not a clinician, and nothing it produces is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is a fitness and nutrition tool.
Speak to a doctor before you start if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are recovering from an injury or an operation, take medication that affects appetite, blood sugar or heart rate, or are under 18. If a clinician gives you a plan, follow theirs. Where you photograph a dietician sheet into the coach, the app adopts those macros over its own calculation.
Stop training and seek medical attention if you feel chest pain, faintness, breathlessness out of proportion to the work, or pain that is sharp, new or not settling. You take part in physical training at your own risk, and you are responsible for judging whether a given session is safe for you today.
No guarantee of a result
We do not promise that you will lose weight, gain muscle, reach a given measurement or achieve any other specific outcome. Results depend on what you actually do, and on factors nobody controls.
SUITA calculates targets from the information you give it. If that information is wrong, the targets will be wrong with it. Keep your profile and your weigh-ins accurate.
Payment and cancellation
SUITA is a paid app with no free tier and no trial. You buy it from the App Store or Google Play, and the price for your country is shown on the listing before you buy.
Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, in your store account. We never see your card details, we cannot charge you directly, and we cannot cancel a subscription for you. Cancel in your Apple subscription settings or in Google Play.
A subscription renews until it is cancelled in the store. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your SUITA account does not cancel a store subscription.
Your content
Your profile, your weigh-ins and measurements, your logged sets, your meal records, your photos and your messages to the coach remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.
You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and transmit that content for one purpose only: running the service for you. That includes sending a coach turn to the model provider so an answer can come back, and sharing the allergies of a household so every plate honours them. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to backups that expire on their own cycle. How this works in detail is set out in the privacy notice.
You confirm that you have the right to send us what you send, including any photograph of a document written by a clinician.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep SUITA running, but we do not promise that it will be available without interruption or free of faults. Maintenance, a network failure, a device problem or a provider outage can all take it offline. Set logging works offline and syncs when the connection comes back, but no plan is generated on the device, so a new plan needs a connection.
We may add, change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
Liability
The service is provided as it is and as it is available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, nor for lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid for SUITA in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep every right your local law gives you, and nothing in these terms takes it away.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts of the State of Delaware have jurisdiction over any dispute, and you and we submit to it.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your own country, or of your right to bring a claim in your local courts.
If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them. A material change will be announced in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms. If you do not, stop using the service and cancel in your store account.
