Privacy.What SUITA holds, why, and how to have it removed.

This notice covers the website at suita.io and the SUITA app for iPhone, Apple Watch and Android. It is written to be read, not to be survived. Where a section says SUITA does not do something, that is a statement about how the software is built, not a preference we may quietly change.

Who holds your data

B4Battle LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States, is the controller of the personal data described here. SUITA is published by B4Battle LLC.

Every privacy request, question or complaint goes through the contact form at suita.io/support. That form reaches the same mailbox as any other support message, and we reply to the address you give us.

What the website collects

The website collects only what you type into it. There are two forms: the contact form and the waitlist sign-up. Submissions from both are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database.

• From the contact form: your name, your email address, the subject you chose and your message.
• From the waitlist: your email address and the platform you picked.
• With both: a salted SHA-256 hash of the sending IP address, kept for rate limiting only. The address itself is never written down, and the hash cannot be turned back into it.
• With both: the browser user agent string, kept to recognise automated abuse.

A hidden honeypot field and rate limits are the only anti-abuse measures on the site. There is nothing else. The website sets no cookies at all, runs no third-party analytics, carries no advertising and embeds no tracking pixels, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss and no profile of your visit to build.

What the app collects

The app holds what it needs to calculate your targets and write your plan. That is the profile you enter, which includes your height, weight, age, sex, activity level, goal, allergies, eating window, equipment and the days you can train.

• Weigh-ins and tape measurements you file.
• Sets you log, including load, reps and the date they were trained.
• Meals ticked off, meals skipped, and water logged.
• Photos you send the coach, including meal photos and a photographed dietician sheet.
• Messages you exchange with the coach.
• Heart rate and session data from a paired Apple Watch, along with the watch pairing token.
• If you join a household, the allergies that are shared across it so every plate can honour them.

Household members see a shared menu and the allergies that shape it. No member sees another member's goal, weigh-ins, measurements, coach conversations or logged sets.

Why it is held

• To calculate your calories, protein, fat, carbohydrate, fibre and water from your own measurements.
• To write your meals and your training week, and to rewrite them when something changes.
• To run a session on your phone or your watch and to keep the record of what you did.
• To answer you in the coach and apply the edits you ask for.
• To reply to a support message and to tell a waitlist subscriber when the app is available.
• To keep the service standing up: rate limiting, abuse prevention and fault diagnosis.

Legal bases

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on the following bases. Performance of a contract, for everything the app must do to give you the plan you paid for. Legitimate interests, for rate limiting, abuse prevention and replying to a message you sent us. Consent, for the waitlist, which you may withdraw at any time by asking us to remove your address.

Health data you enter, such as your weight, your measurements and an allergy, is a special category of personal data in those regimes. We process it with your explicit consent, given when you enter it, and for no purpose beyond writing and running your own plan.

Who it is shared with

• Apple and Google, who handle the purchase, the billing and any cancellation. They tell us that an account is entitled. We never see your card details.
• The model provider that runs a coach turn. The content of that turn is sent so an answer can come back. It is not used to sell you anything.
• The infrastructure that runs the service, which includes Cloudflare for the website and its database.

Nobody else. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not hand it to data brokers. If a law enforcement request ever arrives we will require lawful process for it.

How long it is kept

• Contact-form messages and waitlist sign-ups are deleted after 24 months. A nightly job enforces that, so the deadline does not depend on anyone remembering.
• App data is kept while your account exists, because your history is what makes the plan yours. When you delete the account, it goes with it.
• Backups roll on their own cycle and are overwritten in the ordinary course.

Where it is processed

B4Battle LLC is in the United States, and the service is run on infrastructure with points of presence around the world. If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, your data will be transferred outside that area.

Those transfers are covered by the standard contractual clauses published by the European Commission, together with the UK addendum where it applies, in our agreements with the providers that carry them.

Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask for any of the following.

• A copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction of anything that is wrong.
• Deletion of your account and the data attached to it.
• Restriction of processing, or an objection to it.
• Your data in a portable form.
• Withdrawal of a consent you gave, including the waitlist.

Ask through the form at suita.io/support from the address on the account. We answer within 30 days. There is no charge. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area and you are not satisfied with the answer, you may complain to your national supervisory authority.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. That is held in your Apple or Google account and must be cancelled there.

Children

SUITA is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us data, write to us through support and it will be removed.

Anyone under 18 using the app is given no calorie deficit and no surplus. Anyone under 18, anyone who is pregnant and anyone with a medical condition should speak to a doctor before starting. SUITA is not a medical device and gives no medical advice.

Changes to this notice

When this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. A change that materially affects what we collect or why will be announced in the app before it takes effect.
