How it works

Four steps, and then it keeps itself in step with you

SUITA asks for the facts once, works the numbers out rather than guessing them, writes the day, and lays it out again every time something in your week moves.

  1. 01

You give it the facts once

Height, weight, age, sex, what you do for work, what you are training for, when you eat, what you cannot eat, where you train and what is in the room. It takes a few minutes and you never do it again.

  2. 02

The numbers are worked out, not guessed

Your resting rate comes from Mifflin-St Jeor. Daily energy is that times 1.35 for a desk job or 1.5 for an active one. The goal moves it by minus 15 percent to cut or plus 8 percent to gain, and each training day adds its own session burn back on top.

  3. 03

The day is written as plates and sets

One cooked main, a first meal, a shake, a snack or two and a night item, inside your eating window, every ingredient weighed both cooked and raw. The session is whatever your weekday carries.

  4. 04

You change something, and it fits again

A swapped meal, a rest day, an aching shoulder, a new weight on the scale. The coach answers in a few lines and the plan you are looking at moves underneath it.

Nothing is guessed at the point where it matters

Calories never fall below your resting rate, whatever the goal says. Protein is dosed on your lean target rather than your bodyweight. Fat has a hard floor of 0.7 g per kilo for hormonal health, even when that breaks the ceiling. Carbohydrate takes what is left.

What makes it lay the whole thing out again

The plan records the targets its days were built on. When the live numbers stop matching the stored ones, every day from tomorrow is rewritten and today's still-pending plates are resized where they sit, so a card you have open does not vanish under you.

  • A weigh-in that moves your weight of record
  • A tape measurement that changes your lean target
  • A dietician sheet you photograph into the coach
  • An allergy added anywhere in your household
  • A change to how many days a week you train
  • A goal you switch from cutting to gaining
